Between 2013 and 2019, Pål worked for Innovation Norway in roles such as Norway’s Trade Commissioner in Canada and for 3 years as Director of Entrepreneurs and Startups, thus responsible for the Norwegian Governments tools to promote and finance Entrepreneurship and Startups.
